First Day of School 2007

M & A both love their teachers this year and they are having so much fun. A's highlight of the day is riding the bus with his neighbor friends. He also has enjoyed hunting and capturing hoards of grasshoppers to feed the class gecko. M has her best friend in her class this year and has a really fun and enthusiastic teacher.

The Fishing Trip

M & A went on their very first fishing trip this summer. Not too bad for a couple of newbies. Too bad I can't stand the taste of fish (even fresh rainbow trout).

A Year at a Glance

I'm just realizing that this time last year we were getting ready to move to Rexburg. We've been incredibly busy and the time has really flown. Here are a few of the things we've been doing:

This National Monument was really interesting. The caves were great, too.




Palisades Lake
It was a four mile hike to get here, but it was really beautiful all the way and a nice day for it.

It's Finally Summer!!!

It was long coming, but dad attended the graduation ceremony yesterday and today is our first true day of summer. M came down with a cold so I've been home with her and J while dad and A are out fishing. They have really caught the fishing bug. This is the third time they have fished this month. At any given time you can drive by our house and see M and A out practicing their casting on the back lawn. We have about two weeks before we take off on our trip to California and Utah and we've got a long list of activities and projects that we want to get done. I love vacation!!!
